If you are having an issue with your Gold Tone, WoodSong, Zero Glide, or Jose Ramirez product and require warranty repair or if you wish to send in your instrument into Gold Tone’s Luthier Shop please fill this form out completely and we will get back with you by email as soon as possible. If this is for warranty work please have your receipt or CC statement and serial number available when we contact you.
